Pioneering High-Performance Wheelchair Mobility Systems
Nanjing Mijo Handbike Co., Ltd. (incorporating our foundational engineering roots from Mijo Mobility / Jiangsu Mijo Technology Co., Ltd.) represents a leading medical mobility manufacturer dedicated to the R&D and precision production of electric wheelchair power add-ons, handbikes, and intelligent assistive equipment across 80+ countries.
From Mijo Mobility to Nanjing Mijo Handbike
Our journey began with Jiangsu Mijo Technology Co., Ltd. (Mijo Mobility), focusing on smart electric wheelchairs (such as the MD06 with 4-wheel steering) and personal mobility scooters. Recognizing the profound need of manual wheelchair users for outdoor freedom without buying bulky, expensive power wheelchairs, we established Nanjing Mijo Handbike Co., Ltd. as our dedicated power attachment and handbike engineering powerhouse.
Today, our specialized factory combines robotic laser welding lines, an ISO 13485 medical cleanroom, and automated battery aging laboratories to supply premier distributors across Germany, France, the UK, the United States, Australia, and 75+ additional countries.
R&D in motorized hub units, quick-docking clamps, and 4WS steering technology.
Jiangsu manufacturing base expansion and international export to 50+ countries.
Annual trade show demonstration connecting with top European medical distributors.
Next-gen MT01-MT08 handbike attachments, ISO 13485 & CE MDR Class I compliance.
State-of-the-Art Precision Manufacturing
Our facility integrates advanced CNC machining, automated robotic aluminum tube bending, robotic TIG/MIG welding lines, and an automated dust-free powder coating plant. Every handbike frame is subjected to strict 3D CMM coordinate measuring inspection before assembly.
Ensuring micron-level tolerances on universal clamps and quick-release docking components.
Consistently uniform weld beads with maximum fatigue strength on 6061-T6 and 7005 aluminum frames.
Constant-temperature pack assembly, laser spot-welding, and automated 100% BMS cycling checks.
Comprehensive QC & Testing Protocol
Raw 6061 ingot spectroscopy, cell voltage/internal resistance grading, motor dynamometer testing.
Frame weld penetration X-ray checks, torque wrench calibration, wire harness strain relief validation.
100% 15-minute roller dyno endurance, brake reaction test, IPX5 waterproofing water spray test.
ISTA 2A carton drop test, barcode validation, customs UN38.3 battery transport compliance check.
